Installation of countertop washbasin
You don't need to be an expert, the basin is easy to install on different types of countertops or on basin cabinets, where you can drill a hole for the drain.
1. Take measurements. The top edge of the washbasin is normally placed at a height of approx. 85-90 cm from the floor, so subtract the height of the washbasin (in this case: 90 cm - 14.5 cm = 75.5 cm) at this height place the cabinet top.
2. Match the battery. Mounted countertop - high faucet only (the basin is 14.5 cm, so we dedicate faucets with a height of not less than 22 cm to provide space for hands). The faucet can be mounted on the back of the washbasin or on its side. Flush-mounted - we suggest placing it at a height of 105-110 cm from the floor.
3. It is necessary to cut a hole in the countertop, necessary for the proper connection of the installation. Place the basin on the countertop and trace the size of the hole to be cut out. Remember to place the washbasin at such a distance from the wall to ensure that you can wash it and the countertop. Under the countertop, check that the distance from the wall and the hole in the wall will ensure trouble-free drainage of water.
4. Apply silicone to the bottom edges of the basin, then place the whole thing on a cabinet or countertop and let it dry fully, following approx. 24 hours.
5. Install siphon and sink faucets for undercounter or stand mixers. Install the stopper (it is best to combine it with a color-matched click-clack washbasin stopper), then proceed to the trap and, finally, to the drain pipe.
